RECAP & OVERVIEW
“30 for 30”
For 30 hours, 41 pastors gathered at our 3rd annual “30 for 30” Pastoral Leadership Cabinet retreat to spend time together learning, fellowshipping, praying, being vulnerable, and building genuine relationships.
Our brother, Freddy Washington, led us through a special time of worship which prepared us for the inspiration to follow and refreshing teachings from leaders like A.R. Bernard, Dr. David Ireland, Jay Stringer, Dave Epstein, and devotions led by Rev. Scott Jackson and Hellerin Hilton Hill (Triple H).
Collectively, the pastors in attendance represent a combined congregational membership of over 300,000 people! As we continue
building deep relationships with one another, by faith we’re believing that our unity will have exponential impact on the Kingdom of God. These pastors were not only being poured into, they were being prepared to influence over a quarter of a million people.
Who you surround yourself with will impact the quality of your life. At “30 for 30”, iron sharpens iron so that we might be better together!

“I speak for the pastors when I communicate that each of us have been made better because of your selection of an interdenominational and interracial gathering of pastors and leaders. It is an experience that is often neglected and left unpracticed….know without debate, negotiation or dialogue that I am excited to be included in the LEAD.NYC family and I look forward to many years of partnership opportunities.”
