Through coordinated partnerships, intentional goals, and a spirit of humble collaboration, we are bringing together the efforts of leaders, churches, and agencies across the region to see God work through five specific focuses.

One of these focuses includes giving a voice to the voiceless. The foundation of our efforts to reach, empower, and equip those on the margins will continue to be centered on the growth and evolution of the 10 Zip Codes Project. To oversee this new moment in the life of this incredible initiative, LEAD.NYC’s newest team members, Mark Atkinson and Peter Rhee, will serve as liaisons to East New York and Washington Heights, respectively.

  • “This isn’t a fleeting vision, it’s not something that will fluctuate with the cultural trends. This is a vision for the next 10 years, and it’s a vision that’s too big for any of us to accomplish on our own. We need God. We need to pray. We need to come together as the Church in New York. We need to know where we’re coming from, who we are today, and who we can be tomorrow.”
